Please note for larger items such as bins and cutlery trays – returns are often cheaper using a carrier such as DPD, MyHermes etc. Please contact us using the contact form for an alternative address as many of them will not deliver to a Royal Mail PO box.

Every effort is made to ensure our product photography is representative. We shoot all of our product photography ourselves using the actual product. Whilst we try our best, the light and doors of your home may mean that there are slight variances in the colour within your own home.

With handles we always recommended buying a sample when possible to ensure you are happy with the look & feel.

The majority of our items featured on our website are being continually bought. Stock is linked to our warehouse so please check back regularly if the item you require is currently unavailable.

Items that are on clearance are unlikely to be restocked.

The majority of our smaller orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 service. Larger, bulkier items such as bins, wirework and cutlery trays are sent using DPD next day service.  

If you wish to receive your order sooner, you can select DPD next day at checkout, regardless of order size. The cost will be displayed and added to your total.

We currently ship to all UK addresses. Please contact us for a quote for international shipping.
